Cooperate and progress: technical trainings for our distributors and technical services

In the framework of cooperation with our network of authorised distributors and technical services, we have relaunched our training days, organising a series of technical courses for our partners.

 

Maintaining all prevention measures, we return to presential actions

With the arrival of Covid-19, the collaboration actions that required attendance were suspended during last year and the first months of this 2021.

Gradually we are returning to normality and with it we have started up again our training sessions, always complying with all the necessary protocols to maintain all the prevention measures.

Every week during the month of May we have received visits from collaborators belonging to our network of distributors and authorised technical services who have had the opportunity to get to know our new facilities and receive training in the products we manufacture.

 

Technical trainings, bringing our products closer to our technical services

At Ortoalresa we have always been committed to specialised training, whether focused on the commercial actions of the sales teams or aimed at the technical services of our distributors.

The aim of this training has been to offer a more in-depth technical knowledge of our centrifuges and their possible operating incidents, and thus be able to quickly and effectively deal with any technical requirement that a user may have.

Presented by our CEO, and developed by members of our technical service, these trainings have covered from the most well-known equipment to the latest innovations.

 

 

During the different sessions, we have received visits from both new additions to our network, as well as our most veteran collaborators, with the aim of renewing themselves and learning about our latest developments.

We hope that these first presential actions will mean that we can once again begin to welcome our customers in the same way as we did before the pandemic.
