This document constitutes the Legal Notice and the Conditions of Use that regulate the navigation and use of the ALVAREZ REDONDO, S.A. website, located at the URL www.ortoalresa.com, (hereinafter, website). 10.- RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For any controversy, discrepancy, application or interpretation of these Conditions of Use, both ORTOALRESA and the user agree to submit to the decision of the conflict through arbitration, designating the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Madrid as a mediating collegiate body for this purpose. The arbitration will be of equity and will be carried out in accordance with the procedure established in Law 60/2003, of December 23, on Arbitration. Both parties are obliged to accept and comply with the decision contained in the arbitration ruling, issued according to what is established in the aforementioned legal provision.

In the event that the arbitration is not carried out by mutual agreement or is declared void, both ORTOALRESA and the user agree to submit to Spanish law and to the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
